Money in is a sweep: creator fees claimed and swapped to USDC, cut into dollars and rotated round the pool. Money out is a settlement batch: one donation transaction on Base to each charity owed. Each sweep's allocations are hashed into a Merkle root posted on Base, so anyone can replay them. When the wallet that pays Base gas runs low, a sweep first sets a few dollars aside for it, shown as gas.
